These terms cover your use of Juusto.app ("Juusto", "we", "the app"), a hobby project built and run by Juho Karhu. By using Juusto, you agree to these terms.
Juusto is a meal planning app that lets you save recipes, plan meals, and manage grocery lists, currently offered for free as a personal hobby project.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Juusto.
You own the recipes, meal plans, and other content you create in Juusto. By using the app, you allow us to store and process that content in order to provide the service (including via the third-party and AI tools described in our Privacy Policy).
You're responsible for what you add to the app. Don't upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
Juusto is provided "as is," with no guarantees. As a hobby project, it may have bugs, downtime, or data loss. We do our best to keep things running smoothly and your data safe, but we can't promise the app will always be available, error-free, or that your data will never be lost.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the app.
Since this is a hobby project, we reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue Juusto at any time, with or without notice. We'll try to give reasonable notice for major changes where possible, but can't guarantee it.
Juusto is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce pricing or paid features at any time in the future, including if the project grows into a commercial product. If that happens, we'll aim to give existing users reasonable notice before any change affects them.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service. You can stop using Juusto and request deletion of your account and data at any time (see our Privacy Policy for how).
We may update these terms as the project evolves. We'll notify users of significant changes by email.
